At East West Center in Washington Bates Gill, Evelyn Goh and Chin-Hao Huang presented a special briefing on the recently released report 'Emerging U.S. Security Partnerships in Southeast Asia and the Dynamics of U.S.-China-Southeast Asia Relations'. The study, released on June 20, is the culmination of a two-year MacArthur Foundation supported grant run by the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney.
